Your next dinner party will pull punches with Springhills new smoked trout dip. Maple Punches is our newest recipe and it combines our oldest favourites: smoked trout and maple syrup. It’s a delicious creamy and sweet spread everybody will love. Serve with crackers, vegetables, sandwiches and more. Your dip will come frozen and will stay fresh for 6 months in your freezer. Thaws easily overnight in your fridge. We recommend consuming within two weeks of thawing.
Ingredients: Smoked fish (trout, brown sugar, garlic, molasses, salt), cream cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, guar gum), sour cream (cultured cream, enzymes), brown sugar, 35% whipping cream, maple extract (alcohol, maple concentrate, caramel color)
