Brings together roasted garlic and savoury rosemary with the creamy texture of our young cheddar allowing the flavours to be enjoyed in every bit. It is excellent in a cheese sauce, great for Raclette, or cheesy garlic bread, on sandwiches or as part of a cheese platter.

Ingredients: Milk, bacterial culture, rosemary, roasted garlic, salt, microbial enzyme.
