Our milk is NOT homogenized, meaning the milk fats are in their natural form and will rise to the top of the milk. Cafes (and their customers!) are thrilled with how rich the steamed froth is from our milk, thanks to being so natural and fresh. These fats are also more agreeable to everyone's digestive system.
