For us, this means adding value to the milk that we were already producing on the farm, to help create a more sustainable business model. Our goal is to provide high quality artisan cheeses based on traditional recipes to give Ontario customers a locally produced option as an alternative to imported cheeses. Additionally, we want to offer customers the opportunity to understand where their food comes from by showing how we care for the land and animals that provide the milk needed to create our delicious products.
